Children’s Ministries
Let the little children come! We consider it an honor to spend time with your children. Our second floor, the “KIDZONE”, is devoted to helping them grow. Read on for information about our many classes and activities.

Sunday Mornings:
10:00 – 11:00 Sunday School: While you are digging deeper into the Bible in your adult class, so are our children. The Bible comes alive as they learn how to apply God’s truth to their lives. Hand-outs help parents follow-up on their lessons during the week.
9:00 & 11:00 Worship services: Kids 1st – 5th grade are invited to attend the first half of the worship service with their parents. As the offering is taken, kids are excused to attend classes with a message geared to their age level. K’s and younger have classes that run the entire length of the service. They have their own time of worship and learning.
KIDZONE Worships! Meets the first Sunday of each month. This special worship service is all for kids! We meet in room # 209 for the entire worship service (both the early and late services). This service is for kids in 1st – 5th grade.
Wednesday Nights:
We open the Kid’s Clubhouse from 7 – 8, room # 205. This is an active and fun night. We play in the gym, make crafts, sing and learn how to walk with Jesus every day. There are video and board games for fun afterwards. This is a great night to invite your friends. The clubhouse is for kids 1st – 5th grade. Our K’s join us for the beginning and then have their own special class. Preschool children have their own fun downstairs in the preschool wing.
Children’s choir typically practices on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 7:00. This is for grades k – 5th.
Special Events: We have lots of special events throughout the year! Our Spring Fling is a great day celebrating Easter and includes an Easter Egg Hunt. Vacation Bible School runs in the summer. Camp Gideon offers a week of Day camp and we typically run a shuttle for this great week. Other special events are our summer outings, one-day camps, missions festival…watch for details!
