There are 168 hours in each week.  If we tithe (10%) to our growth in Christ, that would be almost 17 hours a week.   We encourage you to spend time with God each day, perhaps an our a day…..that leaves 10 hours still available for Bible Study and Christian growth.  Corporate Worship needs about 1.5 hours with still 7.5 hours to give.  How about a Sunday Morning Bible Study Life Group at 10 am, a Wednesay Night Life Group at 7 pm,  a Community Life Group (once a month) and one other Life Group of your choice.  Add in travel time and you’ve got it!  Isn’t a tithe of our week a great idea?

Camp Gideon brochures are available at the Welcome Center.  Camp Manager, Tom Lincoln and team will be at the display table to answer any questions you may have.  This year’s theme is “Kingdom Odyssey”.  Camps are for ages K-9th grade.  Your CE    commission will pay your $25 reg. fee.  All you need to do is send in the registration.

Team assignments, Mini Olympian Parade and fellowship begins  at 4:00PM

Covered Dish Supper 5:00 PM.  Please bring a covered dish for every two people attending…Hot, dogs, buns, plates, napkins, and beverages provided.

Opening Ceremony and Events begin at 6:15

Awards and Closing Ceremony 8:30 PM

We need spectators, cheerleaders, judges, coaches and team participants.  Come watch, laugh, and cheer on your favorite team as they perform some of the wackiest Olympic feats ever.  Events are suitable for team participants ages 6 and up.  Mini Olympian Parade for ages 5 and under.
